No refunds or exchanges are accepted. If there is a fault on Cookie Loaded's end, a credit will be provided. 

Delivery

We deliver Perth wide within a 30km radius from Madeley. If it is more than 30km the cookies will be express shipped. Delivery takes place between 8:30am - 7pm on the day selected. We are unable to specify an exact time for delivery. The delivery fee is payable in addition to the cost of your order and will be populated at check-out.

Cookie Loaded recommends a person to be available to receive the delivery. However if there is no one available, the cookies will be left at the front door. It is vital to make any instructions clear when placing the order. 

Cookie Loaded retains records for delivery proof and remains free from liability for any loss or damage of cookies when leaving the parcel at the front door. Cookie Loaded makes sure it is kept in a safe place however once it is left, it is entirely in the recipients hands. 

Wrong Address

If the incorrect address is given and no follow up is made, Cookie Loaded is not responsible for any loss experienced. The recipient must make sure that accurate details are given. 

Delivery Schedule

Cookie Loaded makes sure that they are above and beyond with delivery times however there are times where situations arise which cause slight delays. These unforeseen situations do happen but every effort is made to ensure your cookies arrive on time! 

Cancelation Policy
