We are open from Monday to Saturday and can be contacted through our social platforms or via email

What time will my delivery arrive?

Our delivery times are between 8am to 7pm. Please note that there are wider windows on special occasions. Workplace addresses are delivered before 5pm. 

When will my interstate delivery arrive?

Aus wide delivery takes 1 to 5 business days from the date selected on the calendar not the date your order was placed. Please make sure to try enter dates at the beginning of the week to make sure you receive your package by the end of the week. 

Note that whilst we do our best for your order to be received in the quickest way possible, we do not compensate for any late or missed deliveries at the fault of the courier. 

What happens if no one is home for the delivery?

We will leave the box in a safe place if no one is home. However if this isn't possible, the box will be taken back and a re-delivery will occur with an additional fee charge. 

What if the wrong address is given for delivery?

If you provide the incorrect address and we deliver the goods to that address, we accept no responsibility for the mistake. 

How much is re-delivery?

Re-delivery costs 50% of how much your order costs plus the additional delivery fee.

When should I eat my sweets?

All goods are baked fresh daily so we do recommend eating it on the day you receive it. For all interstate orders, ensure to warm up your goods before eating it. 

Allergy- Can I still place my order?

No. We do not recommend anyone with a nut allergy to consume our sweets as almost everything has nuts. We use nuts on premise and cannot guarantee there isn't cross contamination in the cooking and packaging process. 

Can I add a personalised message?

Yes you can! Please include your message and leave the rest to us.
